The first step with Global French 4 Professionals is a 30-minute French Level and Goals Assessment held online.
In this session we review your current level, your goals and the real situations where you need French. We also decide together which program is the best fit and how often we will meet.
Appointment Types
French Level and Goals Assessment – 30 minutes
A complimentary online session where we evaluate your current level, clarify your goals and identify the key situations where you need French. This is also your chance to ask questions and see if we are a good fit.
1 to 1 French Coaching Session – 60 minutes
Individual coaching tailored to your chosen program: Business Executives, University and Academic Professionals, Adult Learners and Job Seekers, or Travelers and Everyday Confidence. We focus on your real documents, conversations and upcoming events.
French Job Interview Preparation Session – 60 minutes
Targeted coaching for bilingual job interviews in Canada. We work on common HR questions, French interview vocabulary, role plays and clear, professional language so you can feel prepared and credible.
Executive Flex Hours – Prepaid Coaching Blocks
For busy executives who prefer not to manage monthly invoices, I offer flexible blocks of 10, 20 or 30 hours of 1 to 1 French coaching. You purchase a block of hours in advance at a preferred rate, and those hours work like a credit balance.
You can then use your hours for regular weekly sessions or for intensive preparation before important meetings, presentations or travel, subject to my availability. I track your remaining hours and let you know as your balance is used, so you always know where you stand.
This option is ideal for leaders who want flexibility and simplicity: one decision, one invoice, and then the freedom to book as needed.

Receive proposed times
I will reply by email with proposed time slots for your assessment based on your availability.Confirm your session
Once you confirm a time, you will receive a calendar invitation with the online meeting link.Agree on a coaching plan
After the assessment, we will agree on the best program for you, your schedule and the frequency of your sessions.
Payment
The French Level and Goals Assessment is currently complimentary for new clients.
Fees for 1 to 1 coaching sessions and packages are communicated clearly in your follow up email after the assessment. Prices depend on the program, frequency and duration we agree on together.
In addition to single sessions, prepaid blocks of 10, 20 or 30 hours are available, especially for busy executives who prefer to handle payment in one step and then draw down their hours over time.
Currencies
Clients in Canada pay in CAD.
Clients in the USA and Europe may pay in CAD and their bank or payment provider will convert to their local currency.
Payment methods
For clients in Canada: Interac e-Transfer.
For clients in the USA and Europe: PayPal or another secure method agreed in advance.
Payment is due before the start of your first paid session, then on the 1st of each month.
Cancellations and Policies
If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours before your session.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full. Full details are available in the Conditions and Refund Policy page.
