Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services
Global French 4 Professionals provides online French coaching and related services for adult learners, professionals, academics, job seekers and travelers. All sessions are delivered virtually (for example, via Zoom or Microsoft Teams), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Booking and Scheduling
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement based on availability. You are responsible for ensuring you attend at the agreed time and for verifying your local time zone.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may be charged at 100 percent of the session fee.

If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will give you as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time.

4. Payments

Session fees and program fees are communicated in advance and may vary by program, duration and currency (CAD, USD, EUR).

Payment is due before the start of the first booked session or as outlined in your confirmation email or invoice.

Payments are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

5. Refund Policy

Completed sessions are non-refundable.

If you purchased a package and wish to stop early, unused sessions may be refunded or credited, at my discretion, based on the number of sessions already delivered and administrative time spent.

If you are dissatisfied with a session, please contact me within 24 hours so we can discuss your concerns and find a fair solution.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for having a stable internet connection, working audio and video, and a quiet environment for sessions.

You agree to arrive on time, participate actively and complete any agreed homework or preparation as part of the learning process.

You agree to use respectful language and behaviour at all times.

7. No Guarantees
I am committed to helping you progress in French, but I cannot guarantee specific results, grades, exam outcomes or job offers. Your progress depends on many factors, including attendance, practice between sessions and your starting level.

8. Intellectual Property
Any materials, exercises or resources I provide are for your personal use only. You agree not to share, re-sell or distribute them without prior written permission.

9. Privacy
I respect your confidentiality and will not share your personal information or session content with third parties, except where required by law.

10. Changes to These Conditions
These conditions and the refund policy may be updated from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page.
