Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
To respect preparation time and scheduling commitments, sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as used, except in case of emergency.
Package timelines:
3-session package: sessions must be used within 4 weeks.
6-session package: sessions must be used within 8 weeks.
